Build a Strong Musical Foundation
You can help your child start their musical journey, giving them an appreciation of music that will last a lifetime! Kindermusik classes start children as young as infants with their parent/caregiver. Piano Carnival is for pre-school children ready for some keyboard work, and our group piano class for elementary students is a good jump-off point before individual lessons.
All Kindermusik classes at the Community Music School of 51小黄车 offer a sensory-rich yet caring and gentle environment. The activities and relationships you engage in will develop and strengthen neural pathways, enhance your growing parent-child bond, and help you understand the how's and why's of your child's development. Plus it's fun!

Piano Carnival is our comprehensive beginning group piano program designed as a multi-year journey for children ages 4-5. This sequential four-to-five semester series forms the foundation of our piano education pathway, preparing students for individual lessons.

| Learn notes on the staff in middle C position |
Play familiar melodies and develop musicality |
Learn C position and build confidence | Learn G position expand rhythm skills and prepare for more advanced playing |
Requirements:
- 15 minutes of structured practice time at home 3-5 days per week
- Access to a piano or touch-sensitive electronic keyboard with full-sized keys
- Commitment to attend regularly and progress through multiple semesters
This class is specifically designed for beginner students in Grades 1-2 who are excited about playing the piano. Students should be confident with beginning reading skills and comfortable learning respectfully in a classroom environment. This class is excellent preparation for individual lessons with a private instructor.
